A wheel of life template is a great tool to get a quick 360-DEGREE VIEW of your current LIFE SITUATION. It breaks down the different areas of your life and allows you to assess where you are at now and where you want to be. It helps to HOLISTICALLY VISUALISE your life, make INFORMED DECISIONS and BE INTENTIONAL on where you will focus your energy and efforts next.
**Personally, I find this exercise super helpful to revisit whenever I feel I have too many balls in the air, the word 'BUSY' comes to mind, exhausted OR that weird gut feeling that I might be barking up the wrong tree. This helps me hit pause, quickly check-in with myself and decide what I am simply going to put down, where I am going to ask for help, and what I will focus on next.
Remember, this exercise gives you a helicopter view of how you feel about your life situation now and in the future. The ratings in each area are a "gut" feel, it’s what our instincts tell us and not the "should" answer we might usually give. There are no right answers - only insights! So give it a go, be honest with yourself and see where it leads you.

You know, that saying “You can have it all, but not all at once” can help to inspire us to express our true potential in life BUT also to be realistic on just how much we can fit into any one chapter of life. Remember that “Life is a series of tradeoffs where every YES to something/someone is a NO to something/someone else”.
