A daily planner is a great tool to help you UNDERSTAND and BETTER MANAGE the rocks, pebbles and sand in YOUR DAY. When utilised well, it creates a PERSONAL SPACE (outside our busy brain) to hit PAUSE and REGROUP before jumping into whatever you do (or not do) next.
It allows you to confirm your intention for the day, practice gratitude, reflect on what matters (i.e. which could be captured on a vision board) and review all the key inputs before deciding where you will spend time, attention and energy (your most valuable resources).
**I personally love 'pen to paper' style of daily planning but see what works for you, always making sure your planner is accessible and gives freedom to creative expression.
