My Personal Reflections
Reading this book encouraged me to look inward at the "why" behind my own daily rituals. While it convinced me that running isn't for me, it made me question which of my habits are truly supporting me and which ones are hindering me. It reminded me that our minds and bodies have different requirements in different chapters of life, and we must be courageous enough to tweak our routines as we evolve.
